Assistant Director of Operations, Soccer Shots Harrisburg/York
Reports to: Director of Operations
It is the Assistant Director of Operations (ADO) responsibility to assist the Director of Operations with all duties related to the operation of Soccer Shots.

The ADO will be asked to aid in the following functions:
Staffing & Schedule Management
Human Resource Management - hiring staff and completion of paperwork; review and improvement of job descriptions
Oversight of Company Enrollment & Revenue Goals - assessment of daily reports and projections
The hiring of Staff - conduction interviews and continued assessment throughout the process to bring the most qualified and fit candidates to Executive Director
Excellent Communication (written & verbal) - parents, staff, directors, partners
Administration - Scheduling, preparing materials for distribution, office organization
Coaching & Staff Leadership - competent in the training of coaches; coaching/executing our product 5-8 sessions/week or what is necessary for team
Working Schedule: Between seasons (approximately 12 weeks of the year), expected working hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
During this time, there may be events that may take place on a weekend or evening.
During the seasons, Saturday mornings and evenings will be needed based on leadership coverage needs and management.
Working Location:
Must work from the established office during working hours, unless approved to be working in the “field”.
Must meet at least once/weekly with a supervisor.
At times, the position is required to stand, run, walk, and communicate in an outdoor environment throughout the duration of the work assignment.
Role/Classification:
The job description above is a full-time position requiring approximately 40 hours of work per week.
During busy seasons, it may be necessary to work additional hours to meet deadlines and goals.
Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 per year with bonus opportunities additional compensation; opportunities for advancement
