House Sitter // Care Taker - $150 (Tower City, PA)

I am looking for a house sitter or care taker.
I travel a lot for work and it sometimes has me out of town for over a month at a time.
Looking for someone to look after my house and pay some bills while I am away.
Someone local would be preferred as it can be on short notice.
Also, there may be things I need done quickly, so local is best.

Most times it is during the summer that I am away, so I am starting the process now.
Looking for someone trustworthy, dependable and can follow directions.
It should only take an hour or two a week to look after the house.
