Help me help u. - $40 (Harrisburg)

Title says it all help me help u.
I am down and out right now stupid stuff just keeps happening to me and instead of going three steps forward im three steps back.
I work hard for everything I got I got a little behind and wanna get back to were I was at.
So if anyone can help me with a couple bucks I will repay it and I have no problem writing a legal binding contract stating I will pay it back or work it off or help u however u need help.
I don't want no handouts.
