Looking for a used chromebook/netbook (Lower Allen Twp)

Hello, looking for a used chromebook/netbook/tablet with keyboard.

10"+ screen would be great.
Must be able to run MTG Arena (please google the specs).
My brother-in-law's old laptop finally died, and he really enjoys playing the game.
**Can offer a partial trade of: a $50 restaurant gift card (red lobster/chili's/cracker barrel/panera), plus a little cash on top.
As I said, I just need the unit to be able to run Magic: The Gathering Arena and not crash, and maybe browse the web.
