Christmas HELP (Harrisburg, PA)

Hello, I am a single mother of four children a 16 year old boy, a 16 year old girl, 11 year old boy and 9 year old girl.
I was recently brutally assaulted resulting in TBI’s (traumatic brain injuries) which cause frequent seizures.
I lost my ability to work due to my new onset of medical conditions and frequent hospital visits.
This has been life changing for not only myself but for my children as well.
With loss of hope to pay for groceries most of the time I have absolutely no idea how we’re going to even celebrate Christmas.
Any help would be a blessing.
