Hello there! I'm a 28-year-old professional.
I'm searching for a studio with a kitchenette OR a room to rent for $650 to $700 (utilities included) with access to communal areas.
My two gorgeous kitties are my ESAs, therefore there will be no additional costs for you or me.
I keep to myself and work two jobs in addition to my full-time job, so I am constantly occupied.
I enjoy the outdoors, value my solitude, and think it's commendable when people are self-aware and considerate of others' needs and personal space.
I can't tolerate having a dirty kitchen or common area because I adore cooking when I'm not exhausted.
While I am not a neat freak, I loathe leaving items out for more than a day or two.
A clear space means a clear mind.
