I'm looking for a roommate, preferably a woman with a short-haired sweet cat, to share my house with.
My house has wood floors and gas stove and heat.
It is funished (there is a couch now!!!).
I don't have or want a tv in the living room.
I do have a stereo and enjoy listening to music.
Of course I'm considerate about others preferences.
There are two rooms downstairs separated by a bathroom.
Your room would be next to the kitchen so it probably would be best if you do not work from home.
I sleep in the attic and the other room is a guest room/workout room which i can share.
I'm looking for a roommate I feel glad to know and visa versa.
That being said we don't have to hang out together necessarily.
I just do not want a border.
I like to cook healthy vegetarian food and am happy to share but am used to not doing so.
The rent is $490 per month including utilities.
