Role description:
As a Home Remodeling Pros of Central PA Design Consultant, you will be responsible for the sales of our client's kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects.
This position will work one on one with our clients and our production team to produce designs and scopes of work which fit our clients' budget and requirements.
Exceptional verbal and written skills, including presentation skills, along with a well groomed appearance is required.
You will be the pivot person between our clients, productions managers and coordination team.
Problem solving, an eye for design, strong attention to detail and communication skills are crucial.

You Have:
5 years of in-home kitchen and bathroom sales experience.
Knowledge of construction logistics.
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
Experience with Buildertrend estimates.
Experience with Design 20-20.
Experience running multiple leads.
Math and measuring/scale skills.
A strong desire to learn and build your expertise.
Ability to work with multiple clients and project managers.
