Retail Associate/Cashier

Qualifications: ⦁ Experience in retail environment ⦁ Good mathematic skills to be able to count out change ⦁ Ability to be courteous and sociable to customers ⦁ Ability to recognize follow store policies ⦁ Dependable ⦁ Integrity ⦁ Willing to adhere to Jubilee’s Mission Statement, Core Values, Statement of Faith, Position Statements, and Employee Code of Conduct Working Conditions/Physical Factors: Occasionally= 1-33% Frequently= 34-66% Continuously= 67%-100% ⦁ Lifting (under 25lbs) -Frequently ⦁ Reaching/Grabbing-Frequently ⦁ Standing- Continuously ⦁ Bending- Frequently ⦁ Interacting with and Assisting Customers- Continuously Duties: ⦁ Provide an excellent customer service experience for everyone who enters the store.
⦁ Operate the register.
⦁ Be aware of customer entering and leaving the store, paying special attention for shoplifters.
⦁ Assist in keeping the store clean, stocked, and organized.
⦁ Assist with other tasks to keep store running smoothly.
⦁ Be part of staff meetings and team building.
⦁ Other duties as assigned.
