Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Greet and assist showroom visitors, providing information about our window and door products.
Address customer inquiries as they visit the showroom Greet applicants and contact hiring managers Set appointments with qualified homeowners Administrative Support: Manage and maintain showroom inventory, ensuring all products are properly displayed Manage and deliver mail Data entry of sweepstakes and appointments daily Submit applications for events Place cards and confirmation calls for RSVP dinners Maintaining the Showroom: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the showroom to create an appealing environment for customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to update promotional displays and materials.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on showroom performance and customer feedback.
Requirements: Qualifications: Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
Associate's degree or higher is a plus.
Previous experience in a similar role in the window and door industry is advantageous.
