Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Asset Protection Associate.
As an Asset Protection Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our company's assets, employees, and customers.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveillance and monitor CCTV cameras to identify potential security threats
- Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, or other criminal activities within the store
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies to report and provide evidence for criminal cases
- Write detailed reports documenting incidents, investigations, and any necessary follow-up actions
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and shrinkage
- Monitor access control systems and ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas
- Respond to alarms or emergency situations and take appropriate action
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with any security-related concerns or inquiries
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of law enforcement procedures and practices
- Proficient in surveillance techniques and the use of CCTV systems
- Experience in conducting criminal investigations and gathering evidence
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and techniques
- Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Certificate in Criminal Justice or related field preferred)
- Prior experience in asset protection, loss prevention, or a related field is a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check
