This role is an outward-facing market manager position introducing 1st Class Real Estate as a franchise to new markets throughout the United States.
We began franchising in 2018 and have surpassed 100 franchise locations in more than 20 states with over $1 billion in annual sales volume.
Your Role:
As our Franchise Acquisition Manager in this new market, you will harness your existing professional network and outside sales abilities to seek out and introduce potential franchisees to the 1st Class Real Estate brand, converting them into active franchisee leads.
Your leads will transfer to the assigned National Area Representative for FDD and FA processing.
Your commission is earned upon closing of the franchise transaction and funding of the initial franchise fee.
With an escalating payout option, your earning potential in year one could exceed $172,500.

We are searching for top-producing real estate agents, team leaders, associate brokers, and independent broker-owners who could benefit from the extremely low cost of entry while gaining access to our top-tier technology package, including their own interactive company webpage and individual agent web pages with lead capture, automated text and email follow-ups, and a full suite of robust, productivity-driven features.
Our cloud-based online transaction management system makes it easy to access their files on the go.
That means no more storage closets filled with boxes of paper files! We even have a department of full time in-house transaction coordinators on staff at the corporate resource center, so the agents can spend less time on paperwork and more time closing deals! We offer staff accounting and commission processing along with other a la carte productivity services from our corporate resource center.
The Hiring Process:
The hiring process will be extremely competitive.

Be sure to clearly detail your qualifications in high-level sales, professional networking, additional formal education or certifications applicable to the role, and any bona fide real estate industry experience.

All interviews are conducted using either Zoom or Google Meet and are scheduled to be 30 minutes.
