PSECU, a high-tech progressive financial institution with more than $8 billion in assets, is seeking a Loan Application Interviewer to provide superior service to members for their financial lending needs.
The interviewer acts as an interceptor for lending related calls and situations.
The interviewer administers loan applications by entering information into a loan origination system.

Schedule: Monday-Friday – 10am-6pm
This position will be a hybrid model of both in person and remote with the minimum onsite expectation of 40%, or as needed.

Minimum Starting Pay Rate: $18/hr.

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES - Essential for this position:
Maintain a complete and thorough knowledge of PSECU products and services, policies, and procedures.
Identify, and act upon, opportunities to cross-sell PSECU products to the membership.
Conduct out-bound calls to cross-sell products and services as needed.
Provide rotational onsite coverage at the Elmerton office.
Onsite agent responsible for processing of department mail, distributing, printing, attaching, mailing, and scanning items as needed.
Interact with the membership, in order to complete Consumer Loan applications via loan origination system.
Mail brochures and applications when requested or needed.
Responsible for training employees as needed.
Answer member loan status inquiries regarding all loan applications.
Answer basic telephone inquiries regarding Real Estate products and services.
