Leasing Consultant - Large Apartment Community

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant.
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding their ideal rental property and ensuring a smooth leasing process.

```Responsibilities``` - Greet and assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner - Conduct property tours, highlighting the features and amenities of each unit - Provide accurate information about rental rates, lease terms, and application processes - Process rental applications, including conducting background checks and verifying income - Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are properly executed - Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, including conducting unit inspections - Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally - Maintain accurate records of leasing activities using property management software (MRI) - Collaborate with the property management team to ensure high tenant satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively market available units ```Requirements``` - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or related field is a plus Must be willing to work a four hour shift every other Saturday Must Possess a positive upbeat and friendly attitude - Proven experience in sales or customer service roles - Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations - Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in file management and record keeping - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of facilities management is an asset - Professional phone etiquette If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for real estate, we encourage you to apply for the position of Leasing Consultant.
