Looking For a legitimate Loan (Harrisburg)

My credit score from Transunion is 550.
Equifax is 575.
I DO NOT have any collateral.
I'm looking for a personal lender I can meet in person.
Nothing online due to scammers and I WILL NOT PAY A FEE upfront.
I'm looking to be able to sign a legitimate documentation that way it's all legit.
Looking to make monthly payments.
The loan amount I'm looking for can be discussed over text.
Once again, no scammers.
I do have proof of income I can provide as well.
